The Tibetan word for meditation is “gom”, which translates into “getting familiar with”.
Meditation is a deeply transformative journey of getting to know yourself better–helping you to understand your mind, habits, patterns, values, life purpose, and more.
While exploring the contents of your mind, you might feel confused about your meditation practice–Am I doing this right? What experience am I supposed to be having? What practices can I use to support me in navigating some of the challenging circumstances in my life right now? How can I deal with difficult emotions and traumatic memories that might come up in my practice?
Whether you are a new meditator just getting started or if you are more experienced and want to deepen your meditation practice, meditation coaching can be very helpful in your journey of greater self knowledge.
In addition to meditation coaching, I offer meditation teacher mentoring. As a mentor, I offer personalized guidance tailored to the specific needs and challenges faced by meditation teachers in their teaching or the establishment of their business and service models.
